Healing Blog

It’s been FAR too long since I last posted.  My blog doesn’t notate the year - so it looks like my most recent post was the first of this year.  Sad fact - it was 2009!

I’ve been really blessed with a growing healing practice and so many ideas to share … until today, the discipline has been lacking on the blogging front. 

OK - so here’s the quick update - along with my promise that I’ll be back on a regular basis to write!

News:

I just launched a new site: www.SpiritualWellnessNow.com.  I’ve got a couple of free videos up there of a breathing technique called Breath of Divine - or Divine Connecting Breath.  This technique came in through me during a private session in January of this year (2010!).  There’s an intro video that might be interesting to watch as well - though not required for learning the breath.  In any case, it’s been a transformative breath for individuals and groups that I’ve worked with this year.  Check it out and let me know what you think!

Updates:

I started working with groups in the fall of ‘09 - and the group work was transformative for all who attended.  I stopped these in March of this year (I’ve learned to listen to guidance - and I got a clear message at the beginning of the March session that this was to be my last in that format) - however, they will be starting up again in the form of a group distance tele-healing.  I’ve also started a small group session from time to time at my residence in Fort Collins.  You can learn more about both by signing up for the email group above.

I’m also about to launch a new spiritual training program that will be a 12-week intensive one-on-one experience that will move participants where-ever they are spiritually, mentally, and physically into a state of complete alignment, manifesting the life of their desires.  If you’re interested in this - please drop me a line - or give me a call: ken(at)SpiritualWellnessNow.com or 970-691-9933

Recently I had the opportunity to work on a young boy.  He had just been diagnosed with ADHD by an MD - and some medicine was prescribed. 

The parents were upset about the diagnosis and were conferring about their plans - and they thought to ask me if I could help.  They wanted to hold off on medicating their son if there were alternatives … Read the rest of this entry »

I was at a stoplight earlier this week thinking about a conversation I had completed earlier in the evening. Here’s the insight that came to me: Responsibility is a choice not an obligation. Guilt doesn’t exist either way.

I have started to do collaborative energy/healing work with my friend Tim.  It’s quite an experience to do this work with someone else!
