It’s been a while since I’ve had a blog entry. Time flies doesn’t it?
I was working on a new client the other day doing a soul tuning and it occurred to me that I was missing an important component in her overall tuning process.
I’ve done chakra tuning work many times with clients, but this was the first time that it occurred to me that tuning the chakras is foundational to being able to tune the soul - or the spirit. The reason seems obvious to me now, and I’m feeling a little goofy for not realizing it earlier: The chakras mediate energy between our bodies and the universe.
As I told this client, I can’t tell you a great deal about the chakras (in terms of all that each chakra does, and what energy it’s mediating specifically). I do know when they’re healthy - and I’m able to tune them.
So I took a look at this woman’s chakras and they were more shut down than any I’ve every looked at. I told her it was like she had manhole covers on top of each chakra! I was sitting there (all my work is done remotely - she was in her house - I was in mine) pondering my next step and in came this thought: blow into them Ken.
So I told her I would be blowing into them - and started in on the first chakra.
She freaked out immediately - because she could feel it physically. Her back side was hurting. I assured her everything would be good in short order - and kept blowing into her first chakra. Right quick the 1st came online and started doing its thing. And she could feel that - then she started feeling tickled.
We went through that process with all 7 chakras. For the first time in her life she could feel energy flowing in her body. It was transformative for her - and very exciting for me.
Once her chakras were tuned up I went back to finish tuning her soul - and that came together very beautifully.
As a result of this experience, I’ve now added a third step to my healing process: 1) Tune the Chakras 2) Tune the Soul and Mind 3) Tune the Body.
A New Year! A New Healing Gift!

What a beautiful way to wake the chakras and great affirmation to you that the tickling and nerve stimulation occurred.
